Telephone and online support is only available to customers whom are, within the first year of purchasing their software, from S-Epos or S-Epos resellers. Telephone and online support can only be renewed on an annual basis, however, it can be paid monthly by direct debit or standing orders (call us for further instructions if you need that option).
We also offer a ‘One Off’ solution where you may purchase support for 1 day only.
There is a call out charge for all onsite support when necessary.
